Essentials Valuation Report For Lenders
One of the most frustrating parts of the loan process is waiting on a business valuation to be completed, which can cause delays. At BizWorth, we know how crucial timing is for lenders, which is why we offer guaranteed, on-time delivery. Unlike other firms that may use junior analysts, our valuations are prepared exclusively by NACVA Certified Appraisers, ensuring top-level expertise and accuracy.
We don’t just deliver a report—you’ll also receive a personalized video summary of the valuation, with the option for same-day consultations to walk you through the findings and answer any questions. For loans under $250,000, our 18+ page informational report provides the detailed analysis needed to establish an accurate market value of a business. While it doesn’t meet SBA third-party valuation requirements, it offers all the insights necessary for internal decision-making.
The report includes hand-picked business comparables, expert-selected adjustments, industry benchmarking analysis, and data collection support, ensuring clarity in the process. With three expert-selected valuation methods and a guaranteed 5-day turnaround, BizWorth helps lenders move forward with confidence and keep the loan process on track.
