White-label refers to a business practice whereby one company creates a product or service, which is then rebranded and a mark-up is added by another business. The White-label plan of BizWorth’s Valuation Partner Program is designed to provide certified business valuation reports, client consultations, secure customer portal and promotional collateral which are rebranded under your brand. You benefit by providing value-added services in a way that generates additional revenue for your business. Your client benefits by retaining the services and oversight from a trusted partner (i.e., you) who understands their business. BizWorth benefits from repeat business opportunities to provide certified valuation reports.
When you need to grow your in-house valuation capabilities under your brand, providing credible, certified valuation reports to your clients has never been easier. BizWorth serves as your in-house valuation team delivering a complete valuation service under your brand.
With the white-label plan, you receive:
- Deeply discounted reports delivered under your brand at preferred partner prices designed to guarantee a profit
- Sample Certified Summary Report under your brand and color scheme to demonstrate your ability in providing certified appraisals to your client*
- Easy-to-use customer portal branded with your logo and color scheme for your clients to securely and quickly upload information and download their report
- Your clients can access the portal from a link to an external webpage or you can easily embed the portal directly on your website so your clients never have to leave your site
- Dedicated valuation appraiser who’s on-call to answer you and your clients questions as a member of your team
- Bio and headshot of your certified valuation expert that you can include on your website to round out your team
- Marketing collateral includes a branded sample report, bio and headshot of your valuation expert and informative website content

BizWorth’s white-label partnership program is designed to help you expand your in-house valuation team that adopts your brand throughout all communications to your clients.
All email communications from your dedicated valuation team are delivered to your clients via your branded portal with the sender identified under your business name. For client consultations, we represent your team and you can either introduce us as your valuation team or affiliate valuation expert.
For most of our partners, if you have at least one client per year who purchases a Certified Summary Report from you, the white-label plan covers the cost of the monthly fee. So if you expect to sell more than one valuation report to your clients each year, it’s a great plan that can generate additional revenue for you and a great value-added service for your clients.
Here’s an example…at the time of this writing the partner discounted cost of a Certified Summary Report for a single-entity company under $5M in revenue is $4,200. BizWorth retails the same report for $4,900 so there’s a built-in commission of $700 and you can include an additional mark-up because you’ll be billing your client directly. Even if you just send us a referral where we provide the valuation under BizWorth’s brand (such as a marital dispute or partner buy-out), you will still receive your commission.
While few business activities are inherently risk-free, BizWorth’s services are covered by an errors and omissions insurance policy. In addition, BizWorth minimizes risk by providing business valuations prepared by Certified Valuation Analysts who adhere to the highest industry standards set forth by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). The accredited NACVA Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation is the only valuation credential accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies® (NCCA®) and the American National Standards Institute® (ANSI®). Throughout the valuation process, you always have full visibility into the data collected and report progress via the portal. You are encouraged to consult your attorney to review the terms and conditions of BizWorth’s Master Services Agreement and client-specific engagement letters.
If you prefer reports that are generated under BizWorth’s brand, BizWorth also offers a Powered-by-BizWorth plan in which the valuation reports are produced under BizWorth’s brand and BizWorth contracts with the client directly.
Yes. If you’re a white-label partner, you can request to have a report produced under your brand or the BizWorth brand.
Because the valuation service is delivered under your brand and you set your own mark-up in addition to the standard commission rates, you invoice your client.
To maintain professional independence by BizWorth’s Certified Valuation Analyst, payment must be paid in full prior to commencement of work on the valuation report.
We accept all major credit cards (3% credit card processing fee), ACH and check.
We serve as an extension of your team. Your dedicated Certified Valuation Analyst will be available to answer questions you or your clients might have about the valuation process. Under your direction, we can also contact your clients on your behalf to guide them through the valuation process and help them upload the required information. In addition, we also provide a Portal Administrator to help guide you and your clients through the information gathering phase of the valuation. For additional support, we also provide you with access to our onboarding videos to help you take full advantage of the valuation services we offer that are included in the plan.
When maximizing revenue from valuation reports is less of a driver and you need to build confidence with a business valuation performed by an independent, Certified Valuation Analyst, the Powered-by-BizWorth plan is a good choice.
With a Powered-by-BizWorth subscription, we’ll bill your client, complete the valuation report, then deposit your commission payment directly into your account.

Under this plan, we invoice the client directly and facilitate the data gathering process under the BizWorth brand. For client consultations, we represent BizWorth in all engagements and meetings with the client.

No, all reports will be produced under the BizWorth brand and standard commissions paid if you’re a Powered-by-BizWorth partner. However, you can upgrade to the white-label plan should you want the option to deliver reports under your brand.
Because the valuation service is delivered under BizWorth’s brand, BizWorth invoices the client.

You will receive your commission check by mail approximately the first week of the month following the delivery of the report to your client.
Here’s an example…let’s say you referred us a client on October 30th and we deliver the valuation report to your client on November 27th, you will receive your commission check by mail during the first or second week of December (depending on efficiency of the mail delivery). We process your commission during the first three business days of each month so you will be receiving your commission by mail within the first or second week of the month following delivery of the report.
IMPORTANT: Checks are processed and mailed by BizWorth’s bank so it will come in an unmarked envelope.
