You, as the seller, will order Part A. BizWorth will aim to complete the report within 1-5 business days and send it to our network of lenders to conditionally approve a loan amount. You should receive a decision notification from up to three participating lenders within 10 business days and you can request additional lenders to be added.

As the deal progresses, Part B may be ordered by lenders and leverages the data collected in Part A to accelerate the lending decision. The full report supports lenders in meeting the stringent requirements set by underwriting and the Small Business Administration (SBA), if applicable.

By moving forward, you agree that BizWorth will create and send a PreQualified Valuation Report to our network of lenders for you. Please note, we can't guarantee approval, as lenders decide on loan eligibility. Also, you authorize BizWorth to share the info you give us, including tax returns, with lenders to help them determine loan eligibility.
